Nesting Services is a community connection platform that helps individuals needing support (NestHome) connect with community members willing to help (NestBuddy).

🔹 Platform Role
Nesting Services is not an employer, agency, or service provider. We do not offer background checks, legal contracts, employment guarantees, or payment processing.
🔹 Fees
The first request is free. From the second request onward, a $5 non-refundable posting fee applies. A $15 matching fee is charged only when a NestHome confirms a NestBuddy. Nesting Services acts solely as a connection platform and holds no liability for services rendered or agreements made between users.
🔹 Agreements & Payments
All service details — including scope of work, timing, compensation, and payment method — are mutually agreed upon and handled privately between participants.
🔹 Safety & Judgment
Participants are encouraged to use their best judgment, communicate openly, verify comfort levels in advance, and maintain respectful conduct in every interaction.
🔹 Liability
Nesting Services is not liable for personal agreements, payment disputes, service outcomes, or any damages arising from private arrangements between participants.
🔹 Feedback & Trust
Feedback may be collected to support quality improvement and community trust and is not used for public ratings or external sharing.
