Nesting Services is a local community platform that connects NestHomes (families) with NestBuddies (helpers) for childcare, cooking, driving support, household chores, elder care, homework support, and more. elder care, homework support, and more.
NestBuddies review open requests and share interest based on fit and availability. When we find an interested NestBuddy, we share their profile and (when approved) contact details so you can connect directly.

The *match fee applies only after you confirm* you want to proceed with a specific NestBuddy (after review or trial, based on your choice).
Each request includes *up to 2 trial options* to help you evaluate fit reliably. If the match does not continue after trial, the request stays open and we continue matching based on your feedback.

Once contact details are shared, you have *up to 24 hours* to confirm fitment. If not confirmed, we’ll keep the request open and continue matching.
Platform fees (when applicable) are paid via Zelle to info@ecmeals.com (please include your NSR# + name in the memo).
Service payments are handled directly between NestHome and NestBuddy.
Nesting Services is a community connection platform that helps families find trusted helpers.
Because every service relationship is between a NestHome and a NestBuddy, we encourage a short trial period at the start of each engagement to ensure mutual comfort and fit.
If a helper discontinues support within the first 2–3 days of the trial period due to availability or fit, NestHomes may repost their request with a $5 courtesy discount on the posting fee.
This courtesy discount may be applied once per request, with a maximum of two uses per NestHome.
This policy balances fairness for families while allowing Nesting Services to remain sustainable for the community.

No. Posting fees are not refunded. Instead, a courtesy repost discount may be applied in eligible cases.
If support continued beyond the trial period, the engagement is considered complete, and standard posting fees apply for new requests.
That's okay. The trial period exists to ensure comfort on both sides. If you choose not to proceed, you may repost your request with the applicable courtesy discount (subject to limits).
